Website bug or me bug?

website has a bug...suddenly some parts of the forum i cant post a thing...then the next day im available to post something to the same thread....then some part dont let me post a thing again

i cant even put my thread sticky =.= and i cannot post on forum announcement and intro clan members there....=.=

ADMIN...tolong !!!

I think is my problem = =" because i keep reset the forums and categories. Maybe is my fault? @@
