Here some guide to teach you how to solve the spamming mail issue.
If you guys received mail from this forum everytime when someone reply to your topics.

Solved Guide

Profile>>Preferences>>Look for Always notify me of replies :>>Click No

Then click Topic is being watched tab>>click on Mark All>>Then click on Stop Watching these topics.
